• Medical history is completely customizable, and can be optimized for your office so that the patient can complete his or her own history digitally using a waiting room computer… the patient will never see other sections of the ClearDent™ program. You can also print the medical history form.
• Prescription printing and history is also available from the Patient Information screen, or from Charting.

Insurance Management and Tracking
