We are pleased to provide you options to keep on top of the latest features and functions in ClearDent. Our skilled trainers can offer either virtual or in-office training at your convenience to help ensure your front desk is as up to date as your clinical knowledge.

With each new release of ClearDent we pride ourselves in taking some of the best suggestions from some of our most progressive clients, incorporating them into our industry loved software, so every office can benefit from cutting edge enhancements. A small training investment will ensure that your staff and your software system are being used optimally for maximum return on investment and unsurpassed patient care.

We routinely schedule Advanced User Training courses for offices, check the events tab on the Contact Us page to see when the next session is being offered in your area. These group sessions are a great opportunity for office managers and administrative staff to learn and share with other offices as well as the ClearDent training team. These sessions are participation oriented so that attendees get some hands on experience to reinforce concepts that are covered.

How Do I Upgrade My ClearDent Proficiency?

There are several options:

• Online Training Videos — we provide over 100 free training videos in our online video library. The collection is divided into sections by the common functions in ClearDent. Each section begins with a 45 to 60 minute introduction video (first in the list), followed by several shorter 15 to 20 minute videos focusing on specific usage scenarios. Please contact us for the minimum computer requirements and the user name & password required to view the videos.
• Advanced User Training Course — we hold a series of courses throughout the year in major cities across Canada. Each course is 3 to 4 hours long. The course is participatory and focused, and as with all ClearDent training courses, you are eligible for CE credits. Please check the events section on our contact page to see when there is one available in your area.
• Book Online Training — an experienced, dedicated, and certified ClearDent trainer will provide hands-on, tailored training for up to 3 people in a session. The topic and format will be tailored to your specific needs and our trainers can work with you on your ClearDent proficiency. The trainer will also provide suggestions on optimizing your office workflow by drawing her/his experience from working with other dental practices. The online training rate is reduced in comparison to in-office training, and the date/time of training is more flexible. • Book an In-Office Training Session - with a minimum of half-day (4 hours) on site session booked, a trainer will visit your office and go over a customized training and upgrading plan with you. The office may remain open so that the trainer can observe how the staff currently uses ClearDent, or it may be closed, for a more intense, focused session. You can also customize a combination of the two. Your trainer will contact you beforehand to evaluate your goals and formulate the best plan to address your needs.
• Training Database Unsure of how to do something? Want to let some new staff get comfortable with ClearDent without modifying your patient information? Each install of ClearDent has a special training database already in place so you can investigate, learn and try all without ever touching real patient data. It just another innovative tool that we include and another asset to your toolset.
