To customize your ClearConnect patient engagement system and meet your office's needs, please complete each step.

Favicon
Provide the favicon you want to display on your Patient Portal website tab. If you do not have a favicon, you may skip this step.
Favicon is a small logo that represents your brand on a browser tab.
Once your Patient Portal feature is activated, you can update or edit the logo at any time directly from the Patient Portal Customization settings in ClearDent.
Appointment Request Feature
Patient Portal can also be configured to allow your patients to request for appointments when signed into their account. The Appointment Request Feature can be configured to only display certain providers and appointment types at different times. The requested appointments through Patient Portal will appear in your Appointment Manager lists in ClearDent and the office can schedule the requested appointments.
