ClearDent’s Help Centre offers a wealth of resources right at your fingertips, including on-demand product training videos by role, bite-sized training videos for quick reference, detailed user guides, and a wide selection of frequently asked questions (FAQs). Whether you’re a new ClearDent user seeking in-depth tutorials, or an experienced user looking for quick answers, our Help Centre is your go-to destination. With user-friendly navigation and a library of informative content, you can enhance your product knowledge, troubleshoot issues, and master advanced features effortlessly. Your journey to a seamless product experience starts with the ClearDent Help Centre!

ClearDent Cloud or Link customers can access the new Help Center directly in the app.
Using ClearDent On-Prem?
To access the Help Centre, follow these steps based on your ClearDent version:
- Download the appropriate patch file for your version (see below).
- Go to your Downloads folder and extract the contents of the downloaded .zip file.
- Move the extracted file to C:\Program Files (x86)\Prococious Technology Inc\ClearDent\
- When prompted, click “Replace the file in the destination.”
- Open ClearDent News and click the link to access the Help Centre.
Patch Downloads:
- Versions earlier than 9.11.110: Download this patch file and extract “ClearDent News Patch.zip”
- Versions 9.11.110 to 10.1.45: Download this patch file and extract “ClearDent Help Centre Patch.zip”
For customers on versions higher than 10.1.45:
- Access the Help Centre directly from your system by clicking on the Help icon (Question Mark).
