Onboarding processes perfected over 20 years

This isn’t our first kick at the can. ClearDent has worked with Canadian dentists for over 20 years and we understand that downtime is just not an option. We’ve built a tried and true process to minimize disruption and get you up and running with ease.

Preparation and planning

We work with you to map out the dates for data pickups, installations, training, delivery, and Go Live, as part of your path to success. This includes a review of your current software and any customizations unique to your dental practice.

Hardware and Software installations

In collaboration with your IT team, we determine what hardware is required to run ClearDent On-Premise or Hybrid at your dental practice(s). Our ClearDent specialists coordinate with your team to install the software on servers and workstations ahead of your training dates. Our technicians also configure your digital imaging sensors to work with ClearDent.

Data migration

Using the most recent snapshot of your current software, our staff will arrange a database pickup date, time, and method and will pick up a copy of your existing data for verification of conversion a few weeks ahead of the final conversion date. Before we go live, we pick up the latest copy for final conversion to ensure a seamless cutover to ClearDent.

Training

The ClearDent Implementation team will conduct training for your entire team to master the daily use of the software. Training can be conducted online, in-person, by webinar, through the ClearDent Academy or by a combination of these delivery models.

Go live!

The Go Live date is the most important day of the entire implementation. It is the day that your system is ready and your office starts to use the new software. The ClearDent team can provide Go Live Support to reduce stress to your staff if required.
