This Community Class is for current ClearDent customers who want to learn about ClearDent’s Effective Treatment Planning. This one hour class is eligible for 1 CE Credit.
Our ClearDent implementation expert will lead the training providing in-depth, hands-on experience so that you can streamline your dental practice workflow afterwards. Learning objectives include:
- Covering all aspects on where you can create a new treatment plan
- Setting Main providers/Hygiene
- Using Treatment Templates to create treatment plans
- Modifying and/or creating new Treatment Templates
- Setting the sequence of treatment plans and number of units required
- Changing the status of a treatment plan
- Creating new or modify existing treatment status
- Add colour and/or strike through to specific status
- Adding a lab code and fee to treatment plans
- Editing or moving treatment from one treatment plan to another
- Differences between the note areas
- Treatment details
- Sending Treatment plans – Manual vs EDI (attachments)
- Creating a Proposal letting for an existing treatment plan
- Treatment plan manager – Manage all treatment plans

Angie Vance | Implementation Specialist
A native of Ontario, Angie has worked in the dental field since 1995, first starting in private practice as a receptionist, CDA, and lastly as an Office Manager, before joining the ClearDent family in 2020. She has brought a vast knowledge of both the admin and clinical side, giving her a unique perspective on how an all-in-one practice management software can best benefit a dental office.
