This Community Class is for current ClearDent customers who want to learn about taking charge of your accounts with easy-to-use month end and A/R reports. This one hour class is eligible for 1 CE Credit.
Our ClearDent implementation expert will lead the training providing in-depth, hands-on experience so that you can streamline your dental practice workflow afterwards. Learning objectives include:
- Best practices for generating month-end reports
- Using ClearDent’s built-in tools to produce both Patient and Insurance A/R Reports to ensure your team is able to keep A/R under control

Isabel Chan | Technical Implementation Expert
Isabel has a background in dental administration, dental radiography and computer technology. She has been a trainer with ClearDent since 2003. She has in-depth knowledge of ClearDent products. Over the years with ClearDent, she has been involved in different capacities of the implementation process with new clients and assisting existing clients in optimizing the utilization of the software and streamlining the office workflow.
