That’s, on average, 500% faster than calling our Support to do the Fee Guide update for you, as there will inevitably be higher than usual call volumes on the effective date of the new Fee Guide.

Download links will become clickable (in blue colour) once the new Fee Guide in the respective Province/Territory becomes available.
Please be advised to run the Fee Guide App on or after the effective date. Applying the update will cause your ClearDent software to start charging patients the new fee immediately.
*Per Quebec and Nova Scotia Dental Association’s requirements, customers in these provinces must contact our Support team by phone to verify their eligibility to receive the 2025 Fee Guides.
