Please review the step-by-step video instructions below. Each video is approximately two minutes long. Once you know how to use our automated Fee Guide Update App, completing the update takes less than one minute.
That’s, on average, 500% faster than calling our Support to do the Fee Guide update for you, as there will inevitably be higher than usual call volumes on the effective date of the new Fee Guide.
For ClearDent On-Premise Customers
For ClearDent Cloud Customers
For Customers using a custom fee guide (both On-Premise and Cloud)
Download links will become clickable (in blue colour) once the new Fee Guide in the respective Province/Territory becomes available.
Please be advised to run the Fee Guide App on or after the effective date. Applying the update will cause your ClearDent software to start charging patients the new fee immediately.
Note: If you’re using ClearDent Cloud, please watch the video above – no app download is required.
This section includes fee guides published by specific insurance providers and government programs, including Pacific Blue Cross, Alberta Blue Cross, NIHB (Non-Insured Health Benefits), and CDCP (Canadian Dental Care Plan).
These downloads apply only to their respective programs. All standard provincial fee guides remain available in the Provincial Fee Guide Downloads section below.
If your clinic is located in Ontario or British Columbia, you will need the User ID and Passcode issued by your provincial dental association¹ before updating the Fee Guide in ClearDent. These credentials are provided directly by the provincial associations and are required to access the official electronic Fee Guide files used for the update.²
¹ ClearDent Support cannot access, retrieve, or reset ODA or BCDA credentials. Clinics must contact their provincial dental association directly if the credentials need to be resent.
² Ontario clinics receive their credentials from the Ontario Dental Association (ODA), and British Columbia clinics receive their credentials from the British Columbia Dental Association (BCDA). The User ID and Passcode are typically sent by email to registered members of the association, usually the clinic owner or dentist of record. If an office manager or administrative staff member is performing the update, ensure the credentials are obtained from the dentist or the original association email before proceeding.
*Per Quebec and Nova Scotia Dental Association’s requirements, customers in these provinces must contact our Support team by phone to verify their eligibility to receive the 2026 Fee Guides.
